Ethiopian Blockchain Week is committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive, and harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion, or technology choices.
Our Standards
- Be respectful and considerate of others
- Use welcoming and inclusive language
- Respect differing viewpoints and experiences
- Accept constructive criticism gracefully
- Focus on what is best for the community
- Follow instructions from event staff and security
Unacceptable Behavior
- Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form
- Offensive verbal comments related to protected characteristics
- Sexual images, language, or unwelcome advances
- Disruption of sessions, booths, or other events
- Unauthorized solicitation or selling
- Violation of venue rules or Ethiopian law
Reporting
If you experience or witness unacceptable behavior, please report it immediately:

- In person: Notify any event staff member, volunteer, or organizer
Enforcement
Event organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender, removing them from the event without refund (if applicable), or banning them from future EBW events. All reports will be handled confidentially.
