1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or attending Ethiopian Blockchain Week (EBW), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not register or attend.
2. Registration
Registration is free and open to all. You must provide accurate information. Each registration is personal and non-transferable. We reserve the right to cancel registrations at our discretion.
3. Code of Conduct
All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers are required to adhere to our Code of Conduct. We reserve the right to remove any participant violating these guidelines.
4. Intellectual Property
All content presented at EBW, including slides, recordings, and materials, is the intellectual property of their respective owners. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
5. Photography and Recording
By attending EBW, you consent to photography, audio recording, and video recording for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be recorded, please notify us at registration.
6. Limitation of Liability
EBW and its organizers are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from attendance, including but not limited to theft, travel disruptions, or health incidents. Attendees participate at their own risk.
7. Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to modify the schedule, speakers, or format. In the event of cancellation, we will notify registered attendees via email. No fees are charged as the event is free.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Addis Ababa.
